Self-funding
Insurance
Before your physiotherapy appointment, please contact your private medical insurance company to check that your cover is adequate and to obtain the following information:

Please bring this information with you to your initial appointment.
Please be aware that all insurance policies usually have an excess, for which the policyholder is responsible. Your treatment may not be covered entirely by your insurance company, and any shortfall is your responsibility to settle directly with the clinic. Your insurance company will answer any questions you may have regarding your policy.
Cashback plans
Once payment is received from the patient, we provide a receipt on our letterhead for you to claim part or full payment back from your healthcare company.
For self-funding patients, please note that a £20 cancellation fee will apply for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice. For insurance-based patients, this fee may or may not apply, depending on your insurance provider.
