Take a look at what some previous Wells Physiotherapy patients had to say about their treatment with our team.

I came in to have some physio because I was having issues with pins and needles and general movement in my left arm. Apurva was fantastic at putting me at ease and asking all the right questions to get to the correct form of treatment. Each session, she was very friendly and really explained everything she was doing and what it meant in terms of recovery. I was even given simple exercises I could do at home to help with recovery. After the sessions, the movement in my neck area was really good and I was able to do things I previously wasn't able to.

I can't highly recommend Pru and the company enough. The whole process from start to finish was great and I felt very comfortable and in good hands from all aspects of the business – from booking a session to the actual sessions.

I have needed Will’s expert physio on two occasions – first for knee pain, the second for back pain – and both times he has quickly identified the issues and got to work to resolve them. Will is (clearly) knowledgeable, but is also excellent in terms of his persona and in his most professional manner of conducting the session.

I was referred to The Wells Clinic for physiotherapy for neck and back pain. Ben, my physiotherapist, could not have been more helpful. He was kind, knowledgeable, and interested. He listened and addressed each problem with careful thought and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Thank you, Ben.

I started seeing Apurva at The Wells Physio after an NHS referral for chronic back pain. She is extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and kind. Every time I saw her and noted pain in a specific place, she was able to target that spot and instantly offer relief with a short massage – utter wizardry! I was able to follow her stretching exercise plan and see results. My pain improved but, as I wanted to keep going and strengthen my muscles, I kept seeing her privately after the end of my five NHS sessions (which isn’t really enough in most cases anyway).

Apurva always makes me feel comfortable and listens to my concerns, adjusting our plan as we go. It’s going to be a long journey, but I finally feel like I have a healthcare professional by my side who takes me seriously. I now have hope that, after over a decade of chronic struggles,

I could one day be pain-free!

I was referred to The Wells Physio Clinic on the NHS. I have joint problems – arthritis and fibromyalgia. I had four sessions with Apurva and for me it was like night and day, the pain has improved so much. I will be returning as a private patient, as I think ongoing sessions will help me further. My husband has now also been to the clinic to see Apurva, and will be seeing her again.
